WHAT DELIVERY CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND TIME FRAMES?
Filorga’s online boutique bills and ships its products only to addresses in Canada.
Orders placed on Filorga.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) by Canada Post.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the next business day.
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. This time is a typical average time and corresponds to processing times and delivery orders.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes or delays into the Canada Post mail system.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ON FILORGA.COM?
For all orders under $100CAD, the customer will pay shipping fee depending on his shipping destination.
For all orders above $100CAD, shipping fees will be complimentary.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays.
Please note that processing time might be extended during promotions.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been confirmed and is ready to be prepared. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the progress of your order in the My orders section of your customer account.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?
If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact customer service using our Contact Form as soon as possible to inform us of this error. We will try our best to have the address corrected. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to change the shipping information.
Once your package ships, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping address.
FILORGA is not responsible for any extra fees associated with the change of address of your package.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
A signature requirement is enforced for all shipments above $250.00 to prevent theft.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
All orders placed on Filorga Canada online store are expedited in Canada only. We’re sorry, international shipping is not available at this time. To find Filorga products near you, we invite you to visit our International Store Locator.
FIND A MISSING PACKAGE
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is under the jurisdiction of the shipping provider, and we are not responsible for delays or loss due to the shipping provider.
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
- Check your mailroom, reception desk, and with neighbors
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier
